In general, you can visit the CONATUS FINANCE website without communicating any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are in no way obliged to transmit this information to CONATUS FINANCE.
Nevertheless, in the event of refusal, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. In this respect, CONATUS FINANCE may in some cases ask you to provide information about
Identification data (in particular name, first name, customer number)
Contact data (in particular postal or electronic address);
Usage data (in particular web pages visited, destinations called);
Connection data (in particular IP address of your computer, connection and usage logs);
Financial data (payment methods and history);
Commercial data (list of products and services you benefit from);
It is important that the information you provide is accurate and up to date and that you inform us without delay of any significant changes concerning you.
By providing this information, you expressly agree that it may be processed by CONATUS FINANCE, for the purposes indicated in paragraph I-2 below “Purposes of processing”.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament on 14 April 2016, and with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, CONATUS FINANCE informs you of the following points.
I-1. Identity of the data controller
The data controller is CONATUS FINANCE, whose registered office is located at 33 rue Réaumur, 75003 Paris.
I-2. Purposes of the processing
CONATUS FINANCE is likely to process your Personal Information:
a) In the context of the execution of a contract
Customer account management;
Identification and authentication of the customer or user;
Communications with the customer (technical and commercial assistance);
Management of pre-litigation, litigation and non-payment;
Management of rights and requests to exercise rights of individuals;

Development of CONATUS FINANCE or third party products and services and commercial prospecting;

Deployment and operation of the network;
Securing the network.
c) To ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations in force
Only CONATUS FINANCE is the recipient of your Personal Information. This information, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors that CONATUS FINANCE may use.
I-4. Conservation period
We only keep your data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above or to enable us to meet our legal obligations.
I-5. Security of your data
CONATUS FINANCE has defined technical and organisational measures to protect your data in an appropriate manner according to their nature, the extent of the processing and their accessibility. These measures may include, for example, data encryption, access rights management, secure data flows, etc.
Respect for the security and protection of your data is mandatory for all our employees and our service providers.
II-1. Right of access and communication of data
You have the right to access your Personal Information, in writing only.
However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data incumbent on CONATUS FINANCE, you are informed that your request will be processed provided that you can prove your identity, in particular by producing a signed photocopy of your valid identity document.
CONATUS FINANCE shall be entitled, if necessary, to oppose manifestly abusive requests (due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature).

II-2. Right to rectify data
Under this right, the law entitles you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data concerning you which may be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.
You can also define general and specific directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. If necessary, the heirs of a deceased person can demand that the death of their relative be taken into account and/or that the necessary updates be made.

II-3. Right of opposition
The exercise of this right is only possible in one of the following two situations:
When the exercise of this right is based on legitimate reasons; or
When the exercise of this right aims to prevent the data collected from being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

II-6. Response time
CONATUS FINANCE undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable timeframe which may not exceed one month from the date of receipt of your request.
II-7. Complaint to the competent authority
If you consider that CONATUS FINANCE is not complying with its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you may submit a complaint or a request to the competent authority. In France, the competent authority is the CNIL to which you can send a request electronically by visiting the CNIL website (www.cnil.fr).
